Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges

1. Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns & exchanges only for the following reasons:

  • Size issues
  • Defective products

2. Return & Exchange Pickup Service:

A pickup and shipping charge of ₹199 will apply for returns &  exchange requests.

3. Return & Exchange Process: 

For returning a product, place your request within 12 hours of receiving the order. Once your return request is placed, our delivery agent will be picking up the order within 24-48 hours. The refund for the same will be credited to your account as store credit. 

For exchanging a product, place your request within 12 hours of receiving the product. Once your request is received, one of our delivery agents is going to receive the product from your registered address within 24-48 hours. Once it has arrived at our warehouse, it will go through quality checks and inspection, post which the exchanged product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

4. Made-to-Measure Orders:

Made-to-Measure orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable as they are specifically tailored to your provided measurements.

5. Damaged Items:

  • Items are considered damaged only if received in a defective condition.
  • Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If eligible, we offer exchanges for new products wherever possible.

6. Account Registration:

  • First-time orders require account registration.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

7. Order Status Updates:

Order status is usually updated within 24 hours. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality or uptime of this service.

8. Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit within 24 hours. 
  • You can apply for a return and select the refund option. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your store credit voucher, which can be used for your next purchase (Please note, the store credit will be valid for use till 90 days after it is issued to your account)

 

Cancelling Your Order

1. Right to Cancel: Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing an order.
